Thank you for choosing Misha Rank International LLC. Because our offerings consist of digital materials, online classes, workshops, and professional coaching services, we maintain a strict non-refundable policy. We invite You to review our terms regarding order finality and rescheduling below.
The following terms are applicable for any products or services that You purchased with Us.

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Policy) refers to Misha Rank International LLC, 92-1200 Palahia St R202.
Goods refer to the items, digital materials, online classes, vaults, worksheets, workshops, or coaching services offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
All sales of coaching services, workshops, memberships, and digital products are strictly final. Because access to our digital materials, vaults, and booking calendars is granted immediately upon purchase, You do not have a right to cancel Your Order or request a monetary refund once the transaction is complete. For live appointments, please refer to our rescheduling policy under "Digital and Service Delivery."
Conditions for Order Finality
The following Goods are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned:
- All services, coaching packages, and live workshops, for which all sales are strictly final.
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of digital goods, downloadable audio files (including guided breathwork or somatic tracks), PDFs, or pre-recorded video vaults once access has been granted or the file downloaded.
- Coaching sessions, online classes, or live group breathwork workshops that have already been delivered, or sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.
Only regular priced Goods are subject to these final sale terms. Goods purchased on sale, via promotions, or using discount codes are strictly non-refundable. These exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Digital and Service Delivery
Because our products consist of online classes, digital downloads, and professional coaching services hosted on our platform, no physical return shipment is required. All service sales, coaching packages, and workshop registrations are final.
For live somatic sessions or coaching appointments, you must notify us via email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to reschedule your appointment for a future date. Failure to attend a scheduled session or cancel within this 24-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
